No Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for any purchases made through The Lightning League, including but not limited to tickets, merchandise, registrations, and membership fees.
Event Cancellation
Refunds will only be issued in the event of a complete event cancellation by The Lightning League. In such cases:
- Refunds will be limited to the face value of tickets purchased
- Processing fees and service charges are non-refundable
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days
Important: Event postponements or rescheduling do not constitute cancellations and are not eligible for refunds. Your tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
Weather Conditions
Events will proceed as scheduled in most weather conditions. The Lightning League may postpone events if conditions become unsafe, including but not limited to:
- Lightning in the vicinity
- Severe storms or tornado warnings
- Flooding or unsafe field conditions
- Extreme heat or cold advisories
Weather-related postponements are not considered cancellations and are not eligible for refunds. Please check our website and social media for updates regarding event status.
Lost or Stolen Tickets
The Lightning League is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets. Duplicate tickets will not be issued unless specifically authorized by event management.
We strongly recommend keeping your digital tickets secure and taking screenshots as backup. If you experience issues accessing your tickets, please contact us before the event.
Merchandise
All merchandise sales are final. This includes but is not limited to:
- Sizing issues or fit preferences
- Change of mind
- Product defects (please contact us for potential exchanges on defective items)
- Clearance or sale items
Please review size charts carefully before purchasing. If you receive a defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defect for review.
Program Registrations
Registration fees for soccer schools, camps, tryouts, and other programs are non-refundable. This includes:
- Youth soccer school registrations
- Camp and clinic fees
- Tryout registration fees
- Team registration and membership fees
In cases of documented medical emergencies or military deployment, please contact us to discuss possible credit toward future programs.
