Welcome to The Lightning League. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website lightningleague.com and all related services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Services") operated by Central Valley Pro Soccer LLC, doing business as The Lightning League ("we," "us," or "our").

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.
